Shipping All products will be delivered worldwide by Selektvracht, TNT Post or DHL.
Outside the Netherlands we always use Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation.
The shipment costs depend on the total weight (incl. packaging) of the order. The shipment time depends on the destination of your choice. Costs of shipment include postage,- handling- and packaging costs.
We can not be responsible for any packages that are lost after delivery. Priority mail shipments are insured so, if there is any damage during shipping, email or call us immediately so we can process the insurance claim. If you accept and sign for a damaged box, it is your liability. If the box does not look good, then do not sign for it until you have inspected the contents.
Customs and Import Import duties are different for every country. For deliveries outside the EU: it is possible that your parcel will be subject to VAT and/or other import taxes on arrival at the destination. You will have to pay these expenses. Unfortunatley we have no control over that. We advise you to first check the import regulations of your country at your local tax-office.
Swaps/Returns When size or colour of the article you ordered is not right, you can always swap. This is only possible following prior consent in writing an e-mail to info@madeinholanda.com. Please return the article(s) to the address you'll find in the answering e-mail. This return shipping is on your own cost.
Please add a note with the ordernumber and which article you would like to receive in return. We will re-send the new article(s) and we won't charge you these extra shipping costs.
Money back guarantee We will do anything we can to deliver you a perfect product. When you are - despite of our efforts - not happy with (a part) of your order, you can always return the articels within 7 days after receipt free of charge. This is only possible following prior consent in writing an e-mail to info@madeinholanda.com.
The return shipping is on your own cost.
Please add a printout of our confirmation of the order and state your bank details. To enable us to improve our products and service, would you also give us the reason for this return. As soon as we received your shipment undamaged, we will refund your payment (exept shipping costs) within 10 workdays on your bankaccount.
It is not possible to swap or return:
- articles with prints
- articles worn and/or washed
- when someone has tried to repair the product
- the product is used injudiciously or improperly
